Welcome to Bean Data (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, IT services, cybersecurity services, managed services, and any related products (collectively, the “Services”). 3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining security and confidentiality of access credentials, devices, and networks.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and not use our Services for any unlawful or malicious activities.
4. Service Availability & Modifications
- We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion, with or without notice.
5. Fees & Payment
- All fees are outlined in service agreements or invoices provided to you.
- Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees and/or service suspension.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data.
- We do not guarantee that our Services are immune to cyber threats, and you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
- Any sensitive or proprietary data shared with us will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
- We retain all rights to proprietary software, methodologies, and materials used in delivering our Services.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary materials without express written consent.
8. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
- Our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches beyond our control.

10. Termination
- Either party may terminate Services with prior written notice in accordance with the service agreement.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before seeking legal action in court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
